Caltracs pays contingencies in tons of organizations across the country. And unlike many manufacturers out there they pay and pay right away... I watched the yellow bullet race on live stream this weekend and seen several cars with big caltracs Stickers on there quarter panels i didn't see any assassin bar stickers.. Contingency money doesn't really matter to me as I'm just a number chaser.
