personally, I'd just do a basic rebuild of the 360 using KB107's, a good 5 angle valve job on the heads, comp 901 springs, cheapie headers, a eddie performer and t-quad, and either a lunati voodoo 60401 or 60402 cam. should be an honest 350-370 HP and about 400-425lb-ft tq.
