This is a normally aspirated motor .... I remember the days when blown fuel motors didn't make that much power !!! it's the basis for a power adder. it's not meant to be run N/A. when you're cramming 60+lbs of boost into it, it has to be able to handle it.  Look at the bottom of the ad..."with appropriate power adder". A little over 2k hp is as much as you can get N/A.
