From what I've read the hellcat block is machined differently with deeper coolant pockets. Wherever they drill into they go a little deeper. Then there's the torque plates when they hone it. Other than that I have nothing.
Wonder why they don't offer the BGE bare block anymore? I can't find a dealer selling one right now.
