The strut bar, retainer washers and star adjusters can all be sandblasted and refinished. I wire brushed my adjuster threads to get a nice shine to them. The springs are available in kits from Rock Auto and others. Try a few of the major suppliers like RT specialties, Herb's, Jack's, etc. and you will find everything you need. By the way, I bought my new 11" front pads at AutoZone for about $30 (special order) and they were the riveted pads and an exact match.
