I had/have a 15 gallon Triangle Engineering fuel cell that when I was removing an AN fitting from it the last three threads on the fitting destroyed themselves and the first three threads of the bung in the fuel cell.

I am now looking at replacements and saw these on eBay...

My question is does anyone have experience with these? Worth the gamble or no? I really like the aluminum one I had but unless it can have the bad bung welded up I see no likelihood of saving it.
