Has anyone been successful with converting to self tuning EFI with a long duration (250 +/- @ .050) cam??

We have a FAST 2.0 on 1 car, it idles right at 10", but we think the EFI isn't always happy. This a 242/244 @ .050 cam, 110 LSA

The next project's cam is 244/252 @ .050, (110 LSA) and I'm having my doubts about my first choice in the FAST EZ EFI due the 10" vacuum needed.

Some kits declare 8-10" required...

Anyone have any experiences/advice to share?
