Is this correct?

I got caught with an outdated helmet last year at an NHRA track that was still good at my local IHRA track. My Duster runs 9.40's but needs chassis cert because it runs 6.0's in the 1/8. You gotta read those rule books then read them again. He also told me to get NHRA certified rollbar padding. LOL
