I'm making the ASSumption that the book would say it's pushrod oiling if it was.

Off the top of my head I don't think they made a 59* head without oiling provision for shafts.

It's easy to tell. The first and fourth rocker stands should have holes in them from the stand to the deck. Then you'll know for sure.
