I think your main problem is that big round thing hanging off the front of your engine. Send it to me , I'll pay the postage. LOL Other than that, you had oil at both rockers, did you re-fill the new filter with oil? you do have oil in the crank case right? I would look at the oil pump gasket sucking air. Try priming again .

it's ok to butt heads, just don't do it with a butthead
