My original plan was actually a Holley Black, but I keep reading about how the Holley pumps are terrible and don't last long.
LOTS of feedback on Summit about the Holley black pumps. Enough that I decided to buy another Mallory 140, even though I wasn't happy that the price had increased so dramatically since I'd purchased my last one. Not sure if that's because MSD bought Mallory, or if all pumps have gone up a lot since about 10 years ago.
