It helps if you have a flywheel wrench designed for those converter, long skinny open end wrench
If you reuse that type converter don't forget to reuse the star lock washers
Is your Power Wagon a stick shift? If so the six cylinder flywheel and starter will work on those early V8 with the correct truck bell housing, you may need to machine the crankshaft for a pilot bushing though
