I’m no expert so take this for what it’s worth.
I have heard because of the aluminum heads which dissipate heat so fast you can run your compression normally 1-2 points higher than with iron heads. I have also been told many times more boost can’t make up for low compression (of course it does to some point) I guess you really need to decide where you want it to run its absolute best. On the street or at the track? I would think 7 to one with aluminum heads and more boost at the track it would still move but not be at its best. Maybe you prefer to make it run it’s best on the street.
