Wrong down
The first blown gas hemi motor I built was bigger C.I.(499 vs 496 C.I.) with less compression ratio(7.8 to 1) and it made less HP per C.I. than the smaller motor with more compression ratio made at the same amount of boost and RPM shock
Science and theory is one thing, reality and results in the real world is sometimes different shruggy work

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
