This is the United States of America so you can do it any way you like, currently, for the next 4 to 8 yrs
As far as a new race trailer I would like to have what your talking about, 32 to 38 ft. gooseneck or fifth wheel with a bathroom, bed, frig and eating and sitting area under 14,000 Lbs. loaded going down the road to the races
