Is the track prep at Fontana WHEN you run conducive to a radial tire?? Just curious on that one. We run a slick and run after the Promod guys, the radial cars are after us. IMO there is likely room for improvement on the 60, which will inturn improve the overall ET obviously. Not talking a ton here either but I am sure if you keep chipping away at it there is a few hun still left in it. I am sure if you talk to Adam the converter could probably be tweaked a bit more, likely more gear can be thrown at it too. I don't think a 4.57 gear is that aggressive for the engine you have, I don't know all the particulars but based on stall speed I would be willing to bet there is improvement with more gear. IIRC you have a Proflite?? There are things that can be done in the valvebody to speed up your reaction times if need be as well. Adam can help you there too.
