Not running much spring pressure with the solid flat tappet. Didnt think it would hurt to use a heavy wall 5/16 pushrod and skip all the clearancing issues. Been there done that. Heres where the rockers set on the stem.
Yup a heavy wall 5/16 will work, but don't forget you can get 11/32 diameter as well. I wanted 3/8 but no way could I get it so I went 11/32 heavy wall and I think it is .125 wall.
