Since its a dually, will you be towing a lot of weight? I would find a dana 60 then.

The problem with the late 90's 241 is it is a drivers side drop, the 93 and older were passenger side. You would need a matching front differential.

The late 90's front diffs are usually cheap and plentiful BUT they used the coil over suspension. I suspect they could be converted to leafs but am not sure of the process and how much work it would be. Passenger side should be easy but the flat on the drivers should be part of the housing, I am not sure where the spring perch would land in relation to the center section. Some quick measuring should be easy enough. You would also need to hook up a vacuum switch for 4wd, not that hard though.
