1966 Chrysler 300 with a 383.

Just restored the ac compressor with new rubber seals and gaskets.
Filled it up to day with the help of my friend and ac expert(not expert on old car ac´s)
It is leak free and seems to be fine.

But it´s not blow any cold air, the inlet is pipe is cold and the outlet pipe is hot.
He thought it´s a valve problem?

What could it be??
