That bolt location is wet (threads into water jackets) on stock heads. This is not a big deal. Probably just need to pull the bolt and coat the threads with anti-sieze compound, reinstall and tourque per spec. Should stop the leak.

Worry not. This is probably not a big deal. Just one of the things you regularly deal with when owning / driving a 50 year old car.
