Here you go. Brackets with 3/8 bolts cut off. Rubber are modern style muffler hanger that locate on 3/8 bolts that are welded to the mounts with the threads cut off. Radiator core slides down over the rubber. Top has 2 bolts horozontally though the core support with stainless tube spacers to space the radiator back.
