I came across this post tonight and enjoyed the reading. A member mentioned a green Minnesota car that had a cb call number on the bumper and the owner was selling it for a cabin down payment. I think I eventually ended up with that car but not from that owner. I bought the car in 1984 from my neighbor in Minneapolis. It was a numbers matching 440 auto car with the chrome shift knob. I ended up selling the car in 1997 to a buddy and the he sold it to someone out in PA through a Hemmings add. I will look up to see if I have the VIN still. I have some info for the current owner and would like to fill in some history on the car for the current owner. At some point, now that I am better off financially now than when I sold the car, I may look at purchasing another.
