I just got rid of the TB1 on my 88 Dodge d250, it was a POS. Using a eddy performer intake, HEI two distributor and headers. I removed the computer and 10 miles of wiring from under the hood including the computer.

This project is almost complete except for the new lokar throttle cable and installing new exhaust from the header back which should be done this weekend.

Pretty easy to bypass computer and hook up regular alternator, used a mopar starter relay switch to control the starter. Used a couple of relays to provide voltage for the electric fuel pump and ignition.

Biggest delay was going back to work and all the other car projects.
