I guess I should have been more specific as to tuning. I meant you can tune the factory PCM, not the TCM. I do think my Hypertech had the option to raise shift points, but I didn't change anything. I used it to tune the engine a little, and I used a Paramount Performance valve body in the trans, mostly because the stock one had some issues. Mine is a 5.7 Hemi/NAG1 setup, that uses all factory modules reprogrammed by Hotwire to use their tone ring/speed sensor setup instead of rear wheel sensors. It works great.
