Towing my 24' enclosed trailer with a total of about 8000-9000 LBS including the trailer and a car in it I am getting 8-9 MPG.
Last weekend I did a 350 mile trip, first half was empty, very slight head wind. Stopped and filled up before the return trip and I had used 22.4 gallons after 205 miles.
I had a 2004 Cummins before this and got much better mileage..are these things that bad on MPG now?
I honestly have not checked it without towing a trailer to compare but will be next time I do a trip with no trailer.
What are you guys getting with yours?
I would like to have some feedback before I call the dealership service department to have it checked out.

Thanks, Mark

My experience with a 2015 3500 SRW SB Crew 4x4 w/Aisin tranny is high teens empty...put a covered GN trailer behind it and it very near cuts mileage in half and very little difference if trailer is loaded or not... twocents
