Quinn does good work and has been a mopar guy for ever. He had a dart that ran hi 5's 20 years ago. He built a nice red Avenger, and many other cars. Looks like you got a nice set of headers.

He has also built both a 68 Dart and Barracuda SS/AH chassis which I thought was very impressive. He also built Matt Alvey's GT superstock Sunfire which is a nice piece.
