Those should be the drains.. If you look at your sliders the only way to prevent leaks is to allow the water to come into the sill, contain it, and drain it.... The way all sliding windows ( including your home) work.....

Look for any crud in the sliding track.. IF you can remove the lower track do it first.. Should add, remove ONLY if simple to..Vacuum and wash out.. Doesn't take much to plug, just like your kitchen drain....

Is this a problem with dodge trucks?? The backglass on VW pickups sloped inwards ( the top was slanted towards the front of the truck) so if a slider was installed the bottom trough would fill up and drain INTO the cab ( coming over the top of the bottom sill).. Bad design to have a back sliding window on.. Just wondering how flat the back glass is on your truck??
