Synthetic will solve the problem. I run 10w30 Mobil1 in my 4.7 Ram and it spins the same at -20 as it does at +70. I would not be keen on firing an engine like yours up in this weather (0ish) with 20w50 in it unless it was synthetic. Just asking to twist off the oil pump drive IMHO.
