There is very limited info out there on Long shifters used with the Jerico tranny in Mopars. I really couldn't find out anything at all. After looking at all the models through pics, I finally settled on a Long HB 1000S ...it is actually for a Richmond tranny. But after fabricating all new shift linkages and a minor modification to the shifter itself, it works perfectly installed in the B body. Since it had to be moved so far up front (to avoid cutting the floor and tranny x-member, the shift linkages had to be extremely short. I even had to cut the shift levers on the tranny and re-clock them in a different orientation so that the geometry was correct. I also had to slightly move the rear shifter stop bolt so that it only contacted the 1st and 3rd shift so that I was able to get reverse to fully engage.
After alot of planning, the mods were actually pretty straightforward.

I am very happy with this shifter. It is effortless on this tranny.
