To make it spit gas up out of the carb while cranking on the starter the valves have to be opened ![work work](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/work.gif) The cam is out of time, have the builder correct it or maybe have someone who knows more than your builder help you reinstall the timing gears and align the dots proeprly ![work work](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/work.gif) I think you should really degree the cam for the best performance also ![up up](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/custom/thumbs_up.gif)
