Of those 2 choices, definitely the Torker 2 since this sounds like a pretty stout engine.
This is assuming the Performer manifold you have is not the Performer RPM. The Performer RPM is a high rise dual plane that works very well. The regular Performer looks almost like a stock intake and doesn't belong on anything other than a nearly stock engine in my opinion.
