Pretty sure you could use the 6.4 intake. The biggest thing will be finding a controller to deal with the VVT. You could lock out the cam and use almost any controller, but the VVT is worth power. Also it has a variable runner intake, but it just needs a 12V source hooked to an RPM switch to activate it when you want. The guys on the LXForums seem to set it at 4400ish RPM when they do the swap onto a 5.7.
I think MS3 is able to control the VVT now. HotWire also sells swap kits for the electronic side using factory parts
