There are a couple of differences -

"Clean Neutral" - N position after 3rd that exhausts ALL clutches and bands.

"Safe Neutral" - N position after 3rd that exhausts ALL clutches and bands EXCEPT the direct clutch. This allows components including the large direct drum from spinning out of control and remains spinning at engine rpm. Griner transbrake 1222G25SN has this feature.

Most clean neutral VBs are made so that it is simply another N position after the run. The safe neutral is more complex to make but it is "safer".

Not much info on the Turbo Action units. The website says call for more info.
