Hughes air-gap intake. Port the factory one yourself or get hughes to do their "big gulp" thingy to it.

You can still use OBD 1. Just throw a little bigger injector out of a 460 in it and do the advance trick to the crank sensor. If you get a little more serious you can adapt a later model pump in it, they run a tad higher preassure.

Having my own scanner to watch what the fuel trim is doing can give me an idea what to do to trick the computer into doing what I want but they are expensive. Might find someone to borrow one from and see what happens when you put it together. There are ways around needing a tuner although a tuner is best
