Thanks for all the great suggestions. I'm going to try squirting some fine graphite lubricant in it (I have some from lubing up my kids derby car)and if that don't work I'm going get a new key made. Then I'll try the other things you guys mentioned. Last thing to try would be drilling it out. Hope I don't have to go that route.
