I've done it. I converted a single plane manifold (Edelbrock Torker) adding injector bungs, used a lean burn distributor, Edlebrock elbow/adapter and 90MM Holly throttle body with a megasquirt 2. It worked great. If you're interested, I still have the intake and fuel rails which I would sell as well as the throttle body and Edelbrock elbow adapter. I switched to a hemi and pulled that engine and it's sitting on a engine stand. My hemi is also MPFI. I'd never run a carburetor again.
