Well I do not think you will need to worry about Chevy powered dragsters being an issue. But if the odd powered Mopar body I cannot see why the fans would care. After all they are seeing a Mopar body(Avenger, Daytona, Cuda etc)go down the track. Many of the current Mopar power plants look foreign to the average Mopar guy anyway.
