There are lots of ways to cut the balls off of those cars. I wish they would have limited the motor size and the amount of boost and/or blower size. If you slow them down they don't need the extra length for the shut down. Then the "safety" due to a slower car comes back. I just see tons of tech benefits from limiting the motor some how.

Don't shorten the distance to the finish line. IMO
