A clutch slipper can really help make drag radials compatible with a manual trans. Just an extra 1/10th of a second of clutch slip can reduce the drivetrain's shock from clutch engagement by appx 50%.

FYI you will need a shorter cylinder if you want to hide it under the dash of an a or b body. Works good on the street also! I suggest calling M&H for drag radials on a stick car.
