Replacement bumpers were not available without paint, no NOS elastomerics w/o paint.
The manufacturer painted the bumpers in house, that's why NOS bumpers & mirrors found in paint are usually the same color from large overstock. GW3 mirrors & EV2 bumpers seem to be most common NOS '71 'Cuda pieces out there.
