I use to have several Isky cutters, I have one left now, a 2 inch I still have two 3/8 guides. I needed and ordered a 11/32 guide and a 1 7/8 cutter for the 1.81 exhaust valves, that give me around .0325 lateral side clearances I rechecked all eight V to P clearances, good thing I did , most where .080+, #1 had .060 and #6 had.050 so I will cut a little more on them in the morning to get them all within .005 of each other I did find that one of the Indy rockers has around .035 more net lift(.720) than the others do Me thinks it might be a 1.6 ratio rocker instead of 1.5 like the rest, it is on #6 All the rest had between .675 to .692 net lift The challenges of building race motors, there be gremlins out there As far as rebalancing the motor I probally removed less than 2 grams from each piston, maybe less than one gram I've seen more oil weight differences than that I'm not worrying about the weight differences now
