It's obvious what killed him, he was ejected from the car. That can't happen if you want to live. Something was not 100%, either his seat or his belts were installed or worn incorrectly or he had a substandard seat in the car. IMO

BTW you looking at your core plugs is doing nothing to help keep them in. Screws should be used.
