We have found a few with green paint marks across the hub and dust cover that lead us to believe they were done by inspectors.
Anyone with a better pic of the inspection mark?

We found it to match a standard green enamel from Tractor Supply. And now I have to pop the dog dishes for it to seen at a show! We even mimicked the copper plating on the left hand wheel studs. I really need a therapist.
