I am having a problem where my brakes work too good and I can't heel toe like before. I just touch the brakes trying to heel toe and the brakes just bite down hard. I have Dr. Diff's 13" kit in front Cobra discs in back and hydroboost, will an adjustable proportioning valve dial this out?
