We run that set-up on a friends 440. 600's, stock jetting. Accelerator pump rod in the hole closest to the carb throat. Car runs(11.50@115). Depending on your cam you may have to change metering springs. With the car idling in gear loosen the metering rod/piston access cover. Rotate it and watch the rod/piston assy. If it's bouncing up and down it needs a lighter spring. If not you can go stiffer to help with mid range. Even my 15-1 572 with a 285@.050" cam runs only 2 sizes up on the primary's, no chokes and a 2nd inlet line. Other than that they're out of the box (9.25@147).
good luck
