Sounds like a fairly hot built. Reading Dulcichs' BB porting articles (highly recommended) iirc you're better off staying with the stock valve sizes with the "early" (915/906) heads unless you are a skilled porter with a flow bench & the "later" 452's (& 346's iirc) are a FAR better choice for larger valves/careful backyard porting. I would use the MP templates on the 906's (std valve sizes) & if using those templates on 2.14/1.81's on the later heads you'd need to cut the templates wider the amount of the valve increase. .030" wider per side (2.14-2.08= .060" & divide that in half) for the intakes for example. there's actually enough room on the template sheet to cut out the originals for 906's then trace em wider on the extra sheet space using the curved edge on each side of the template to go out wider for new patterns. EDIT I would not purchase that cam/pistons if you do not already have them (trw 2355's are very heavy). What was up with the OE rods?
