I bought an 8.75" that had been sitting in mud for a couple of years; the lugs were seized. I tried heat with an impact, but they still didn't move. A friend had the idea of heating them up again until cherry, dumping a bucket of water on them, and immediately hitting them with the impact again - sure enough, they spun right off.
