It will be a lockup, with overdirve, and its not terribly difficult to make that work using the PATC kit that uses some pressure switches, and a vacuum switch to control both.

You would need to have the tailshaft housing removed for it to bolt to your transfer case. and would also need to get driveshafts from a 92-93 W150 donor, or have your rear shaft shortened, and a longer front shaft made.

But, the benefits of the overdrive really show up at the gas pump.
