MoparforLife Too Many Posts M Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 25,200 Upper Midwest	Real simple - run a jumper wire from one end of the ballast to the other. - eliminating the ballast resister. Now try it. If it starts replace the ballast resister. Won't hurt a thing to bypass the resister to test
