I bought a set for my coronet, and test fit them. They are not perfect for sure. I think the reason they are not predrilled is so that the fit can be made right with out the hole location being the issue. Mine are pre-drilled, and I will be drilling some additional holes either in the vendor or the trim.

Its not primer its perma gray.
